  • We offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation.

    This gives you an opportunity to explain your situation, ask questions and find out whether home-based physiotherapy is appropriate for you.

    There is no obligation to book an appointment.

  • If we decide that physiotherapy could help, we’ll arrange an initial clinical assessment in your own home.

    The assessment will consider your individual circumstances, including your mobility, physical function, goals and any specific challenges you are experiencing.

  • Following your assessment, we’ll work together to agree your goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

    This may include exercises, hands-on treatment, mobility strategies, balance work, positioning advice, equipment recommendations or education and advice.

    Your treatment will always be focused on what matters most to you.

  • Your needs may change as you progress.

    We’ll regularly review your treatment and adapt your plan accordingly. The frequency of appointments will depend on your individual needs and goals.

    With your permission, we can also communicate with family members, carers and relevant healthcare professionals to help ensure everyone involved in your care is working towards the same goals.
