‍You can contact me by telephone, text, WhatsApp or email.

‍We’ll have an initial conversation about your situation, your needs and what you hope to achieve from physiotherapy.

‍I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours.

2. Complimentary telephone consultation

‍I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation.

‍This gives you an opportunity to explain your situation, ask questions and find out whether home-based physiotherapy is appropriate for you.

‍There is no obligation to book an appointment.‍

3. Assessment in your home

‍If we decide that physiotherapy could help, we’ll arrange an initial clinical assessment in your own home.

‍The assessment will consider your individual circumstances, including your mobility, physical function, goals and any specific challenges you are experiencing.

‍Where appropriate, we can also consider your home environment and how this may affect your safety and independence.

‍Initial appointments are typically arranged within 10 days of your first contact, subject to availability.‍

4. Your personalised treatment plan

‍Following your assessment, we’ll work together to agree your goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

‍This may include exercises, hands-on treatment, mobility strategies, balance work, positioning advice, equipment recommendations or education and advice.

‍Your treatment will always be focused on what matters most to you.‍

5. Ongoing support

‍Your needs may change as you progress.

We’ll regularly review your treatment and adapt your plan accordingly. The frequency of appointments will depend on your individual needs and goals.‍ ‍

With your permission, I can also communicate with family members, carers and relevant healthcare professionals to help ensure everyone involved in your care is working towards the same goals.
