What we offer

Physiotherapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual — and sometimes the best place to provide it is where you live.

We provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment within the familiar surroundings of your own home, as well as nursing and residential care settings.

By visiting you directly, we remove the practical difficulties and fatigue that can come with travelling to a clinic or hospital. More importantly, seeing you in your own environment allows us to understand how you move, manage everyday activities and overcome challenges in your day-to-day life.

Our approach is compassionate, personalised and holistic. With your permission, we can work closely with family members, carers and other healthcare professionals involved in your care to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.

Older Adult Physiotherapy

We support older adults to restore, maintain or maximise their independence, physical function and mobility.

Physiotherapy may be helpful following a hospital stay, illness, surgery or injury, or when there has been a gradual decline in strength, balance or mobility.

Treatment is tailored around your individual needs and goals, with a focus on helping you remain active, safe and independent for as long as possible.

Post-Operative Physiotherapy

Recovering from surgery can be challenging, particularly when travelling to a clinic is difficult.

Our post-operative physiotherapy service provides personalised rehabilitation in your own home, helping you safely rebuild strength, mobility and confidence.

Treatment is tailored to your individual recovery and, where appropriate, aligned with your surgeon's advice and rehabilitation protocols.

Falls Prevention & Balance

A fall can have a significant impact on confidence and independence. For some people, the fear of falling can become almost as limiting as the physical effects themselves.

Our falls prevention service provides a comprehensive assessment of factors that may contribute to instability and falls.

We can develop personalised programmes to improve:

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Mobility

  • Coordination

  • Confidence

We can also provide advice about your home environment, mobility equipment and strategies to help you feel safer and more confident in everyday activities.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Neurological physiotherapy supports people living with conditions affecting the brain, nerves and spinal cord.

We provide personalised physiotherapy for people experiencing difficulties with movement, strength, coordination, balance or everyday activities.

This may include people living with:

  • Stroke

  • Parkinson's disease

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Head injury

  • Functional neurological disorder

  • Other neurological conditions

Treatment is centred around your individual goals, abilities and rehabilitation potential, with the aim of improving physical function, independence and quality of life.

Postural Management

For people with restricted independent movement, effective postural management is an important part of maintaining comfort, function and physical wellbeing.

We provide assessment and advice for individuals with complex positioning and postural needs, helping to reduce the risk of complications such as:

  • Joint stiffness

  • Contractures

  • Pain

  • Pressure damage

  • Reduced respiratory function

Good postural management often involves everyone around the individual. We can provide practical guidance and training for family members and carers to help ensure supportive positioning is maintained consistently throughout the day and night.

Mobility & Functional Assessment

Sometimes you simply need help understanding why everyday movement has become more difficult.

A functional assessment considers how you move within your own environment and how physical difficulties may be affecting everyday activities.

We can identify barriers to independence and provide personalised advice around:

  • Mobility

  • Transfers

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Exercise

  • Everyday activities

  • Appropriate equipment and mobility aids

The aim is to find practical solutions that work for you, in the environment where you live.

Working with families and carers

Physiotherapy doesn’t happen in isolation.

With your permission, we can work closely with family members, carers and other healthcare professionals involved in your care.

Where appropriate, we can provide practical advice and training to help those around you support your mobility, positioning and rehabilitation between visits.

We believe that good communication and a shared approach can make a significant difference to long-term outcomes.
